Adjusting for a pandemic

It seems reasonable to guess that SARS-CoV-2 may already be circulating at work, after all my office is housed in a busy building complex filled with people from all over the world, many of whom will have traveled overseas in recent weeks. I am not much worried personally, I am largely in a favorable demographic, but I would rather like to avoid transmitting the disease to others. Wishing to avoid COVID-19 I am thus already training myself to wash my hands better and to be very aware of when and how I touch my face or mug or communal surfaces such as doors, especially to notice if my fingertips may currently be contaminated. At least isopropyl alcohol with some aloe vera gel can keep me supplied with hand sanitizer for when I am not near a sink.
