I'm curious about the critiques, though I'm also fine with using Gerrit, etc. too -- I'd even be sympathetic to some console-only solution as my main point is that I want something that can actually keep track of what still needs reviewing and where that's up to, and reasonably handle different discussion threads arising from different aspects of a larger PR. (Whereas the OpenBSD people apparently avoid GitHub because they want secure trustworthy control of the repository, which I thought signed release commits adequate to address.) I don't find GitHub perfect workflow-wise, for instance currently I'm irritated that ability to comment on commits appears to have vanished, but like most trouble-ticket systems it's BALGE for my purposes, I really just want decent submission activity tracking.
