Beyond another plateau

For the second time recently: I stay the same weight for a few weeks, I post an entry about it here, then the next week I'm finally lighter. I shall continue being stricter about desserts, also cut down my wholegrain portions by a third, those ought to suffice.

I believe it! Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah, my drinks are all no-calorie (mostly tisanes) except for the occasional (but not much) beer or wine. I can't have soda in the house though or I'll drink it so the main control point that works for me is while I'm still in the grocery store.

Part of what I got from counting calories (back when I did) was simply learning more about what was calorific and what wasn't, there were indeed some surprises there, and of course opportunities to match against what I could go without or have less of easier than others.
