Warm and foggy

mtbcThe radio tells me that it is forecast to reach nearly 80°F today. Our mornings start out foggy but, now I think back, I recall seeing people wearing shorts and t-shirts on some days late last October. Back in Perthshire, I would have expected a yard mowing a month ago to perhaps be the last of the year. At this house, I fear that I may have another mowing ahead of me yet.
The house is staying comfortably in the 70's. Stopping into the bank last weekend, I was surprised to notice that they have the air conditioning set to cool to 70°F; at home, I am happy with mine set at 80°F. Perhaps they have money to burn.
