Reading non-fiction
Aug. 1st, 2020 11:02 pmI had mentioned recent difficulty in reading non-fiction, viz. that it sends me to sleep. This evening I tried reading some non-fiction, part of Michael Greger's
How Not to Diet, and found myself quite able to. Perhaps my newfound ability to get a good night's sleep has restored my ability to read books more challenging than popular novels.
