Her Majesty's Government give daily press conferences regarding their management of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Tomorrow's is especially anticipated, in promising a roadmap for coming out of lockdown, yet the most I have heard so far about its timing is evening. The daily ones are typically at maybe 17h-ish, give or take a half-hour. Why is it beyond the wit of this administration to clearly advertise a start time and to adhere to it? Do they not want people to watch?
