SARS-CoV-2 daily briefings by HMG

Her Majesty's Government give daily press conferences regarding their management of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Tomorrow's is especially anticipated, in promising a roadmap for coming out of lockdown, yet the most I have heard so far about its timing is evening. The daily ones are typically at maybe 17h-ish, give or take a half-hour. Why is it beyond the wit of this administration to clearly advertise a start time and to adhere to it? Do they not want people to watch?

The last evening one was at 7pm, I think.

Ah yes, maybe they're getting better at this, today's started right around 16h and mentioned tomorrow's at 19h. I'd drifted away recently through getting tired of coming in rather too early or late.
