Slightly daunted

I feel that I have been juggling many balls lately. My tasks at work have tended to be more urgent than usual and there has been enough domestic trivia that, on top of my routine chores like bill-paying and backups and workouts and whatever, by the time I have done enough of what remains on my to-do list I am ready to just relax and go to sleep. It is vexing to still be just about treading water in various ways when someday real life will require me to have made actual progress.

Is there any significance to the icon you choose for a post? I haven't been able to deduce one.

Generally I associate them with the tags I more commonly use: of those for the entry, often I choose the more rarely used or more relevant one. I need to revisit my tags, though: to look at my more undertagged entries and think of a couple more, like society or whatever. I'll get there. I hope someday to actually be doing this through the LJ-like API they offer. Vague tags like trivia or rant I don't count in this.
