Seborrheic dermatitis

For a couple of years I was plagued with red, flaky, itchy skin, especially around my hair, moustache and beard. Frequent use of ketoconazole shampoo worked quite well, especially in occasional concert with topical steroid ointment, but since vacationing in the Midwest last August I don't seem to have needed either treatment. I wonder if being out and about under clear skies at lower latitudes gave me some accidental phototherapy.
