Breakfast and leftovers

My grocery shopping and meals are now planned in anticipation of not staying in Tennessee for very much longer. I have a fair stock of frozen fish so this morning's breakfast is the unusual choice of a salmon omelette where I mixed some cumin, ginger, turmeric, a bit of cayenne pepper, a splash of milk into the eggs, the last of the previous dozen. In the refrigerator, I have some leftover corned beef and cheddar cheese with which I'll make sandwiches for lunch, I'll include some sliced tomato and English mustard. I may also make a chicken salad sandwich. For tomorrow's lunch, I am to meet some ex-colleagues at a local Chinese food truck.
