Weight maintained

mtbcI mentioned that, after settling in my new home, I would be back to counting calories. In practice, it is turning out that there does not seem to be much point in doing so. With my current habits, my weight has been the same all month, making my BMI a satisfactory 21.1. Without the hassle of carefully monitoring my eating, I seem to be managing my weight. Though, someday it would be interesting to learn how many calories it takes to do that.
