Some buy orders triggered

A couple of weeks ago I sold some buoyant American healthcare and some European stocks, then I set some buy orders anticipating substantial market jitters. Some of them already fired today, rather earlier than I expected! I will probably end up holding these latest stocks for a while. I even had a buy order for Royal Caribbean hit its limit; I figure that in the longer term they will survive COVID-19 and their longer-term earnings record seems good so with luck I got the stock at a good price.

Update: E-mail from Charles Schwab suggests that, Market drops such as the one we experienced today should not alter your overall investment strategy.
