Sore shoulder
Apr. 5th, 2016 07:46 pmThis morning at work I made the mistake of stretching my arms out and something sudden happened in the side of my neck. Now my left shoulder and upper arm are sore, as is the side of my neck. If my arm is supported it feels better and my neck prefers if I refrain from turning my head. I miss the cervical collar and sling we once had. Tomorrow I shall avoid the challenge of driving: I shall work from home and skip swimming, and I shall try to focus more on work tasks that are reading and thinking rather than typing. I'll also try to become a little more right-handed.
I am thankful that Will volunteered this morning to take the minutes of this afternoon's meeting. Often that task falls to me. Minuting is far easier now that we are using videoconferencing rather than my having to guess from only audio who is speaking.
