Apr. 3rd, 2016 10:05 pmAfter eating under 12,000 kcal for each of the past five weeks I weighed myself and had the very pleasant surprise of having lost more than 1½lb per week. With luck I shan't have to restrict my eating any more than that to eventually reach a healthful weight.
Update: Indeed, it transpires that I can reach a healthful weight on over 13,000 kcal per week.
