Scottish baking

A few weeks ago I mentioned the Gaelic baking show Fuine (2016). It turns out to be rather good, albeit with the caveat that I can barely take my eyes off the screen because I need the English subtitling. Gregor is a pleasant young chap who bakes things and visits people who bake things and they all tend to be simple recipes that are clearly videoed and explained without unnecessary fuss. They are feasible dishes that are made easy for us to reproduce though an accompanying recipe book would be a nice addition. I tend to most like the dishes baked by Gregor himself though in the latest episode he visited a lady who baked an easy sticky toffee pudding that looked good.
