Vague further improvement

Physically I am recovering from my back injury: over the rest of the week I am easing back into my workouts. I have also alluded to stressors and difficulty sleeping. Those more acute stressors are now largely resolved and I am sleeping reasonably. There are background stressors, mostly career-related, but addressing the chronic ones can wait until after the holidays. Next month I intend to relax and enjoy nice food and time with family.
