A slower day
Jul. 22nd, 2018 01:57 pmOn some mornings I do not bounce brightly out of bed: instead it is more of an effort to drag myself from consciousness to actual activity. I find it interesting that such starts often set the tone for the day. For example, after some disrupted sleep and today's slow start I then posted quite a slow time on the cross-trainer. I don't really push myself on it: it already takes plenty of willpower to get out onto it at all. Even now I still feel a little groggy and headachy. I just had a coffee and a paracetamol (acetaminophen) and fortunately am not in for a particularly taxing day.
