Unexpected news bulletins

On my drive into work I sometimes listen to BBC Radio Scotland and am surprised to hear news from Westeros. Typically I am only half-listening when that name passes by. I have now discovered that there is a region in the North of Scotland named Wester Ross, a near-homophone. There is also an Easter Ross.
