Now feeling better

I now seem to be nearly recovered from my cold. This working week's most obvious symptom was partial voice loss: I bowed out from leading yesterday's team meeting. While still not great, my voice seems improved this morning. My throat feels but mildly sore and I have just a little congestion left. So, my cold's symptoms lasted for three full weeks, most unusual for me.

I will avoid a larger meeting at lunchtime because I would not be missed and, even though the air in my usual office is already often very dry, some of the meeting rooms here seem to really bother my throat so it is not worth the risk.
