mtbcI have been keeping a closer eye on my calories. It has required more calculation than I had expected. For example, tonight I used around 20g of mayonnaise on a sandwich. It turns out that 100ml of mayonnaise has 687kcal and it tends to have a density of around 910kg/m3. So, while I prepare food there are pauses. I'll get used to it.
