Still sore

mtbcYesterday the weather did hold sufficiently that I was able to do much of the heavy lifting in substantially reorganizing our possessions in our garage. We wrapped up in the late afternoon as it looked like rain and I largely rested over the evening and slept well.
Even now, a day later, my upper arms, shoulders, thighs and lower back are sore, along with cuts and grazes on my hands. I expected to be largely recovered by now. Perhaps I am simply getting old?
