Claiming one's missing money in the US

I learned of https://missingmoney.com/ which makes it easy to find unclaimed funds in US states, probably even easier if one's name is unusual. In short order, I found seven unclaimed items that were clearly mine, across three states. The larger chunks were something related to a workplace health insurance policy I had back in Ohio, and money from the AT&T Mobility settlement. There is no way in which I will be coming up with satisfactory proof that I lived at the relevant addresses, all well over a decade ago, but it was still interesting to see what the items were.
