I would so love to see the Musée des Arts et Métiers! Back around 2001, I was in northern NM driving back to Phoenix from Omaha, IIRC, and saw an exit for Los Alamos and decided to stop at their museum. The parking lot didn't have clear signage to the museum, so I walked into a building. It wasn't the museum. I couldn't proceed any further past an acrylic floor-to-ceiling controlled barrier, but I could see into a computer room: it was a Connection Machine! Big ol' thing. VERY cool! I've never seen one since. Apparently the last generation was made in '94, the CM-5E.

I didn't think taking photos of their computer room would be a good idea.

When I did find the museum, they had a Cray on display, I don't know what model, it was either a 1 or an XMP. One panel was removed so you could see inside.
