You should do a calibration check on the oven to see what its actual temperature is! Mine was running 25f too hot. Most ovens with digital controls have a key sequence to reset the zero point to accommodate recalibration.

Come to think of it, I should redo mine! I replaced the baking element last year and though it seems fine, I have no idea if that could significantly throw it off.
