Local online mapping

Some hours ago, I mentioned how Waze appears to direct drivers along unsuitable streets around here. Another online mapping oddness is that some services include Taguig landmarks named simply, houses with light materials. Such building makes sense here in the Ring of Fire but it is curious for me to see such a description from mapping software. I have yet to try visiting any of them in person to see if I can learn to tell which buildings they are talking about.
