Beyond another plateau
For the second time recently: I stay the same weight for a few weeks, I post an entry about it here, then the next week I'm finally lighter. I shall continue being stricter about desserts, also cut down my wholegrain portions by a third, those ought to suffice.

Part of what I got from counting calories (back when I did) was simply learning more about what was calorific and what wasn't, there were indeed some surprises there, and of course opportunities to match against what I could go without or have less of easier than others.
