Blood donation failure

mtbcI failed to donate blood yesterday because my hemoglobin level was just a touch too low. Admittedly, I have been eating oddly this past fortnight. I expect the issue to be easily remedied for next time I donate, it's just not something that I'd had to think about before. In future I'll try to be sure to eat appropriately for a while before the appointment comes.
