An indulgent lunch

With having the day off work, I took the time to treat myself a little for lunch, my main meal of the day. I had picked up one of those packets of dried sliced potato with powdered cheese sauce, I made that and used half to top eggs I had scrambled with fried onions. I also ate a chicken salad sandwich and some tomato and red pepper soup. Dessert was banana nut bread, a ripe banana, toffee, with a berry tisane. Overall, I think everything went together well.
