Next on the list is to try a ten-inch pizza from Big Ed's. Again, I discover that, despite my typical modest eating, my stomach retains its large capacity when required.

That was from a couple of weeks ago and became today's lunch, supplemented with Krispy Kreme donuts. Thanks to my large stomach I could easily have eaten another course afterward. The pizza was good, I went with their standard special, figuring they know what's good on their own pizzas. Krispy Kreme was indicated because a vaccination card gets one a free regular donut and I applaud that policy, especially as I rather prefer my donuts to be chewy rather than made of cake.

The donuts were an excuse to drive out to Knoxville, so my car and I got a pleasantly longer run again, I do enjoy those, especially as I took I-40W from Kingston Pike to near Kingston itself on another errand, thus getting a straight shot along a 70mph stretch. Though, two different stores had run out of the triple-berry granola from Bear Naked so I shall make more effort to stock up on that next weekend, I still have a little left for now. It was fun to drive and be out in the thunderstorm that passed over, we also had one a couple of evenings ago. I had a good view of some lightning.
