My back is still on the mend but has steadily improved from day to day so that is fine. I held off working out this week, I'll try tomorrow morning in a gentle, unhurried way. For a couple of days I indeed had my mattress and blankets on the drawing room floor so that, in the evening, I could watch television while lying down, then just slept there afterward.
