Old military records

mtbcI noticed that Dundee city libraries now give us access to Ancestry.com so I took a look and found a page of my grandfather's naval record that I had not seen before. I had a page that takes us up to 1927 but this new page goes as far as his promotion in 1941. This still leaves a lot missing, I have nothing mentioning the sinkings he survived, the nature of his work, etc., e.g., in the 1950s he was a Senior Commissioned Gunner disposing of munitions. Perhaps I will learn more someday.
