Food and exercise back on track
Jan. 12th, 2020 06:55 pmAfter a long slack period over the holidays, this past week went perfectly on track. I counted calories each day to stay under my daily 8MJ average and did my four planned workouts and achieved my average power target on each. It's a pleasant relief. The constraints aren't always welcome but they also aren't overly burdensome and I know that they work so I shall continue being able to fit into my trousers this month. After today's workout I treated myself to a hot bath.
