Tolerating exercise

I don't know what is going on with my shoulder. I can get brief sharp pain around my scapula and forward toward my humerus but quite what sets it off is less clear. It is a little better than it was or I am ignoring it a little more. Resting it for nearly a week didn't make much difference. For the past three days I have moved back into working out. The cross-trainer does bother my shoulder but I try to go lighter with that arm and the pain is not worsening from day to day so I figure that I am getting away with it enough. I will continue working out except for still being gentler with that arm for probably some time yet.
