Difficultly varied marshmallows

I was surprised by the marshmallow offerings that I have found since returning to Scotland. They are either absurdly large, the packaging proudly advertising their size, or they are tiny, as one might sprinkle atop hot chocolate. Somewhat like Goldilocks, I was pleased to finally find some less extremely sized marshmallows, in Tesco, but those turned out to be rather over-sweetened for my taste. Marshmallows used to be far easier than this, it is not as if I am asking for real mallow. Well, I am, but I know better than to make mallow an additional requirement.
