A slow day
Mar. 29th, 2020 01:54 pmI knew that we shift to daylight savings this weekend but I had not checked exactly when. Recently I have typically been sleeping from 23h to 6h or so and this morning I was surprised to wake at 9h. It now turns out that I had not slept in for as long as I first thought. After getting up I felt lethargic and, in these times of serious disease, thought to recheck my temperature: just 96.7°F thank goodness.
With the near-lockdown I have felt lucky that I no longer work out at the gym but have the cross-trainer here in the garage. I checked the ceiling for spiders and, as usual lately, had a slower workout than my target of twenty of the machine's idea of
This afternoon I plan to make more progress on my US tax filing. Yesterday I filed my FinCEN Form 114 and next is to check my spreadsheets of the numbers I have collated, along with their formulas that work in the exchange rate history as from the Federal Reserve, before I move on to filling in the actual forms, fewer than a dozen this year I expect. I wonder for how much longer the post offices will remain open for mailing them.

caloriesper minute, missing it this time by more than 1½%. Afterward, to cool down, I ambulated along the periphery of the grass of our empty square, leaving the sidewalk for others. Though my workouts might have been generally slow, at least I have not skipped any over the past fortnight and will now treat myself to a hot bath.
