US/UK vaccination differences
Mar. 6th, 2019 05:41 pmThe vaccination timer in my head has started to wake up again as it is now several years since my previous tetanus booster. It turns out that here the NHS provide the ten-yearly boosters only to those at higher risk; in the US they are instead routine so maybe I will just see if I can get one at Walgreens or wherever if I conveniently pass near one when visiting the country. After all, my previous was from CVS in Cambridge, MA. The NHS are also rather later with zoster vaccinations but I will be living back in the US by the time the CDC say it would be due so I shan't have to wait until I am elderly.
