Further weight maintenance; sore back
Aug. 19th, 2018 08:46 amJust over a year ago I mentioned now weighing under 12 stone and expecting to stabilize at around 11½. (There are fourteen pounds in a stone.) This summer I had a fair few weeks off calorie-counting with visitors and visiting and whatnot and today am still under 12 stone, by a hair.
Since that previous journal entry I did bump my exercise up slightly and recently dropped my weekly limit down to eating 13Mcal as I would like to buy a little more margin away from the
Today I skip my workout: probably in doing more mowing yesterday, I somehow strained muscles around my waist, at least around the back and side, and a night's sleep failed to cure them. I am instead enjoying the sensation of Tiger Balm as I wait for the ibuprofen to work.

overweightsection of BMI charts; I hope to settle at around 11 stone or so before slacking off somewhat over Christmas. We'll see. Maybe I will even get to adjust weekly eating back up to 14Mcal though some say that having dieted to lose weight can depress one's resting metabolic rate even in the long term. At least I am now in the realm of small adjustments.
