Presbyopic decline

With the general encouragement of doug today I went along to see Andrew Bolton who practices as an optician on Perth Road in Dundee. My first eye examination since moving from Ohio turned out to be pleasant, thorough and efficient. My eyes are healthy and indeed beginning to gently warrant correction. I do not notice any difficulty when I read normal books but apparently my prescription is rather close to a simple over-the-counter +1.00 pair of reading glasses so I shall probably give such a try, especially as I was advised that after a couple more years I should expect to perceive further decline.
