Blood donation failure

I failed to donate blood yesterday because my hemoglobin level was just a touch too low. Admittedly, I have been eating oddly this past fortnight. I expect the issue to be easily remedied for next time I donate, it's just not something that I'd had to think about before. In future I'll try to be sure to eat appropriately for a while before the appointment comes.

OH NO! I actually take an iron supplement thought my iron is fine without it. But donating platelets will deplete my iron eventually, so I just do the Slow Fe to prevent it beforehand.

I hope your Hg comes up quickly for you. Red blood cells carry oxygen and you need the iron to produce those little fuckers. So they are quite important to thinking.
