Weight maintenance milestone

In today's weigh-in I found that I have dropped below 140lb (ten stone). Once, I hadn't dared hope that might happen, then, over time, hope turned to expectation. After all, since I bought my scale before Christmas I have not weighed over 143lb. This is a good milestone in that, for an average-height guy, 140lb is already comfortably into a healthful BMI even with room to gain, like when slacking off over holidays.

I find my current diet to be sustainable enough, especially with the extra treats I already include, like the half-price bakery items I bought yesterday, that I don't plan to increase my routine eating. However, I also don't want to lose even more weight. So, I figure that, whenever I weigh less than 140lb, that clears me to eat whatever I like on some day that week, under the current circumstances probably local takeout.

I've got a lot of work yet to do to get anywhere close to that in a safe way. Congratulations!
