Speculation by science fiction fans
In looking at news online I stumbled upon further speculation regarding who Supreme Leader Snoke is in the current series of
Star Warsmovies. While all very interesting, I couldn't help but be reminded of
The Lurker's Guide to Babylon 5, a website offering information on each episode of
Babylon 5(1993). While the show was on the air there was ongoing fan speculation as to quite what was happening with the characters and story arcs, and the lurker's guide would do a good job of collecting ideas about what we might infer from each episode about the later ones. In a number of cases I thought that the fan ideas at the time were better or cleverer than what actually transpired in the later episodes. I wonder if the Snoke ideas will follow the same pattern. I guess that it is fun to speculate and the suggestions help to keep the franchise in people's minds.
