Our Peugeot is old enough to have a cassette tape player and, given how I like Eric Clapton's Clapton Chronicles compilation album, I cheaply acquired a used The Cream of Clapton cassette to which I have given a good listening on recent commutes. One surprise for me is quite how country some of the tracks seem; I hadn't realized there was that aspect to Eric Clapton's sound. Sometimes there is more use of background singers than is perhaps necessary; Leonard Cohen does that too.
