Ha, yes, I was recently chatting with someone my age about changing typewriter ribbons. (-: I worked at one place with an electric typewriter which defaulted to an auto-CR/LF once far enough along the line and I found I was the only one in the office who knew what was going on and how to adjust it! Am occasionally amused to see an old IBM Selectric in a junk store.
