Cheese tart recipe required
In reporting on my previous visit to Manila, I mentioned the moreish cheese tarts from Kumori, a Japanese bakery. Well, I might have eaten more of them on this visit. The internet tells me that their recipe uses three kinds of cheese. As I hardly have a local Kumori, I wonder where best to look for how to replicate them at home. I have eaten other such tarts and, agreeable though they were, my clear winner is whatever Kumori's recipe is, how inconvenient from here.
