For me, I whip up a batch of gazpacho in my food processor once or twice a week and grab a small cylinder of Ritz crackers to act as spoons. I vary as to which peppers I use as to what's available, usually poblanos or Anaheims with a Jalapeno thrown in to spice it up a notch. If I can get a Hatch, I'll use it, but since we're the state that grows them, they sell out quick after the harvest.
It's a lot less expensive than going out for junk food and a lot healthier!
