Arranging foods on the baking tray

When baking similar-looking items, for example, where they are differently flavored, I find it interesting to arrange them on the baking tray. I want to remember which are which but also to be able to turn the tray around because the oven heats unevenly. The solution, of course, is to keep the arrangement of the items far from having rotational symmetry. For instance, one time in baking nine not-identical beefburgers I laid them out as,

burgers on a tray
which held formation well enough to make it easy to then distribute the burgers as desired. I quite enjoy contriving such arrangements.
